Thanks for publishing very useful vim plugin. This PR is to show you the concept of extension of vim-speech so that it can work offline without google services e.g. it may work with deepspeech STT. If you are interested to have it merged then let me know what to improve.
Note: deepspeech is python 3 module (venv with python3 is need to be used)
