I wrote a manpage for routemidi. It's in .md format so it will display on github directly but it can also be converted into an actual Unix manpage with the go-md2man utility. Additionally I made it so the usage() function of routemidi prints out a list of known ports, so that users know what they can use as parameters for --in and --out.
