Docs refresh for 19:00 PDT. This PR updates documentation to match behavior introduced by commits from the last 24 hours.

Commits reviewed:

Why these docs changed:

• Example: 685c08b feat(den): move billing to org creation and enforce org limits (feat(den): move paywall to org creation and add org limits #1300) changed the hosted flow from a worker-launch-only paywall to an org-setup flow that can require checkout earlier and can block launch when org limits are hit, so README.md, PRODUCT.md, ee/apps/den-web/README.md, and ee/apps/den-api/README.md had to be updated because they still implied checkout only happened right before launch and did not mention org limit enforcement.
• Example: ec33bae feat(den): add teams and skill hub management (feat(den): add teams and skill hub management #1289) changed the hosted dashboard from a worker-centric surface to one that also lets admins manage teams and publish shared skill hubs, so README.md, PRODUCT.md, ee/apps/den-web/README.md, and ee/apps/den-api/README.md had to be updated because they still described the older workflow without the new org-management surfaces.
• Example: 995fffe docs: update documentation based on recent changes (docs: automated documentation updates #1294) refreshed the baseline cloud docs earlier in the day, but the later Den feature commits introduced more user-visible workflow changes, so this PR extends those docs so they stay aligned with the newest hosted behavior.

Documentation updates in this PR:

• Updated README.md to replace the old hosted-worker setup note with the current org-setup, checkout, and hosted team/skill hub workflow.
• Updated PRODUCT.md to describe org-creation billing, org limit enforcement, and team-based skill hub distribution.
• Updated ee/apps/den-web/README.md to reflect the current hosted dashboard flow, including org setup, team and skill hub management, and plan-limit messaging.
• Updated ee/apps/den-api/README.md to describe the user-visible org and worker route surface that now includes teams, skill hubs, checkout redirects, and org limits.

Why this merits a docs update:

• Without these changes, the docs would still direct users to an older hosted workflow that skipped the new org setup billing step, omitted plan-limit behavior, and failed to mention the new team and skill hub management surfaces now available in OpenWork Cloud.
