Docs refresh for 23:00 PDT. This PR updates documentation to match behavior introduced by commits from the last 24 hours.

Commits reviewed:

Why these docs changed:

  • Example: f25911e fix(den): count pending invites and restore org drafts (fix(den): count pending invites and restore org drafts #1302) changed hosted org setup from a simple create-then-launch flow to one that can send the user through checkout and then restore the saved org draft, so ee/apps/den-web/README.md, PRODUCT.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, and packages/docs/introduction.mdx had to be updated because they still described checkout only as a pre-launch step.
  • Example: f25911e fix(den): count pending invites and restore org drafts (fix(den): count pending invites and restore org drafts #1302) also changed org seat expectations because pending invites now count against member limits; packages/docs/team-provisioning.mdx needed an update because it did not warn admins that pending invites affect provisioning limits.
  • Example: 780bbaa fix(den): parse skill frontmatter when saving skills (fix(den): parse skill frontmatter when saving skills #1308) changed the shared skill workflow from loosely storing skill text to requiring SKILL.md frontmatter-derived metadata, so ee/apps/den-web/README.md, PRODUCT.md, and packages/docs/sharing-ow-setup.mdx had to be updated because they did not explain that shared skills need YAML frontmatter with a name.

Documentation updates in this PR:

  • Updated ee/apps/den-web/README.md, PRODUCT.md, and ARCHITECTURE.md to replace the old checkout-before-launch-only workflow with the new hosted onboarding flow that can pause during org creation and resume with saved draft details.
  • Updated packages/docs/introduction.mdx and packages/docs/team-provisioning.mdx to reflect billing-aware onboarding and pending-invite seat usage.
  • Updated packages/docs/sharing-ow-setup.mdx to explain that shared skills should start with YAML frontmatter and use frontmatter metadata for the shared summary.

Why this merits a docs update:

  • Without these changes, the docs would still direct users to think billing only appears right before worker launch and would omit the new saved-org-draft resume behavior.
  • Without these changes, skill-sharing docs would still treat any SKILL.md body as enough, even though the current Den save/share flow now expects YAML frontmatter-backed metadata.
