Adds a hook to add headers to the network interceptor.
Utilizes the hook to send a custom user agent that signals the request to serverless agent came from an ADK agent and also includes the adk version and agent deployment uuid if it is set.
Testing
Tested with an agent and validated that the user agent is getting set properly in the DB.
