Addresses this ticket, which pointed out that the faas_name and faas_namespace descriptions for the Add Function Route to an Agent needed updates. Specifically, faas_name now provides direction about including the package name (or default if no specific package) and faas_namesapce now refers to the UUID of the namespace, not the namespace name.
