Update for Kivy 1.8 Kivy Launcher

Re-releasing v1.2-beta with a minor fix for the latest Android Kivy Launcher that now uses Kivy 1.8.

Fixes, tidy-ups, efficiency

A general cleanup. Likely to be the last release for a while. More work is unlikely until 1) Kivy better supports Android landscape/portrait orientation events or 2) Kivy support for the Raspberry Pi improves.

Best usage experience can be gained by running the server component on the Raspberry Pi and the Kivy GUI client on a different platform (Linux and Android tested, others should work too).

Horizontal and Serverless Options

This release adds support for horizontal orientation (alas, no auto-rotation), and it also adds support for running the client directly on a Raspberry Pi without requiring a server.

PiKam Remote UI

This version allows any Kivy platform to remotely control a Raspberry Pi Camera.
