Before: near-black background with bright blue assistant bubbles and cream user bubbles. The title sits in the middle of the top bar with a large white logo on the right. The model picker and New chat sit in a row under the chat, the message box is two lines tall, and Send and Stop are square icon buttons.

After: graphite background (#16171B). Assistant replies sit in a quiet surface bubble and your messages in a soft purple tint. The logo's purple (#A98BFF) is the accent and the new default. The logo is smaller and slightly dimmed next to the menu button, with the same white space around it as the app icon. A new chat shows a larger, dimmed logo in the middle with "Private AI that runs on this phone." The model chip and the context ring are in the top bar. New chat is a purple pill in the menu. The message box is a one-line pill with "Send" as a purple text pill, and Stop is red. Status messages under the chat are plain italic text, not a chip.

Stacked on #25, so the context ring from that PR is restyled too.

How: most of the change is in resources. The dark base theme becomes graphite with surface bubbles. The other accents (Blue, Indigo, Green, Violet, Amber, Coral) keep the same base and only change the accent and the user bubble tint. A new "Pocket purple" accent is first in the list and is the default. Anyone who saved Blue before keeps Blue. In code, the empty-state logo is shown or hidden, New chat closes the menu, the model picker now opens below the top-bar chip, and the status line colour follows the model state.

Graphite background with surface bubbles for both sides, the logo's
purple as the new default accent, pill Send and red Stop buttons, a
one-line pill composer, and the logo next to the menu. A new chat shows
a dimmed logo in the middle of the screen. The model chip and context
ring move to the top bar, and New chat moves into the menu.

The logo now keeps the same white space as the app icon everywhere, so
the centre logo on a new chat is no longer cropped. The status under the
chat is italic text without a background, so it no longer looks like a
button.
LAN server, Settings, Model settings, Models, the model picker,
dictation, camera, image library, About and warning dialogs now use the
graphite page with surface cards and pill buttons. Settings uses a
Dark/Light toggle and colour swatches, prompt types are chips, model
rows show In use, Use and Download states, and the menu links are a
tile grid. Standard dialogs and popup menus pick up the same style from
the theme.
The menu links are rows again. Thinking mode moves into the model picker
and shows as small accent text on the model chip, so nothing sits above
the message box. Each reply shows its speed in tokens per second. Dialog
titles use the accent colour and OK is an accent pill. The top-bar logo
always shows and the centre logo on a new chat is gone.

Set the theme's default text colours so views without an explicit colour
no longer fall back to black when the phone is in light mode, and style the
context test progress text and bar.
Tapping the context ring now shows how the context splits into the
instruction, the summary of earlier messages, document passages, the
conversation and free space, with a coloured bar. The screen stays on
while the context test or the LAN server runs, and the LAN server holds a
Wi-Fi lock so it stays reachable.
