Changes made

This adds a pterodactyl egg, removes exposure of port 80 from the dockerfile as that should be handled by the docker run setup (along with the fact it's not always actually port 80) and adjusts start.sh to listen for a boolean to adjust behaviour for ro overlay environments such as in some pterodactyl setups.
