Summary
By keeping the proxy manager as default proxy implementation, we ensure compatibility with older versions of DoctrineMongoDBODMBundle.
Support for the new proxy implementation will be switched for newer versions of the bundle: doctrine/DoctrineMongoDBBundle#877
