Extruder temperatures for RF100 / RF100 V2 PLA and PETG tested

On a hunch, change to RAMPS 1.4 board.

rf100-v2.9: Enable PID autotune menu, and implement tuning results in firmware.

Tuning was performed on plain RF100 V1 and RF100 V2 with case, then averaged.

Lower extruder auto-fan start temperature to 50°C

It's a commonplace setting, and it increases the safety margin.

Hardware protection for slamming Z axis improved

On the RF100 V1, there was still a chance that after a successful print and following power cycle, the next print would try to move the build platform down below physical limits.
This is now fixed for normal operations patterns.
