사용자와의 소통이 잘 되는지 확인 가능
PF 사이트에 대한 사용자의 관심도를 확인할 수 있음
사용자가 PF 이메일에 보내는 내용을 확인하여 사이트에 대해 만족하는지, 오류 사항이나 불편 사항에 대한 내용이라면 해당 내용을 빠른 시일 내에 수정하거나 다음 배포에서는 오류를 최대한 줄일 수 있도록 할 수 있음
이용률이 적을 경우 홈 페이지의 Contact 위치 변경 등을 고려해볼 수 있음
