Cosmos: The reading of a ResponseMessage is always done synchronously #34093
On example where we read synchronously is here (there are others). However, we use NewtonSoft's JsonSerializer to deserialize the message, and it does not support async.
Opened #34567 to track taking a broader look at our Cosmos JSON handling and consider modernizing the whole thing.
