[Rgen] Start creating the binding struct for the transformations.

Add support to use the data model in the transformer. What we do know is:

1. Create a binding struct based on the compilation and the semantic model.
2. Select the topic based on the binding data.

We are not yet sending the binding data to the transformer or taking into consideration that we need to deal with more than one platform yet.
