Same issue as #52273
SENDHELIXJOB(0,0): error : (NETCORE_ENGINEERING_TELEMETRY=Build) Helix queue osx.13.amd64.open was set for estimated removal date of 2026-01-01. In most cases the queue will be removed permanently due to end-of-life.

Lots of tests are now failing on the Full Framework leg. Is that related to the year change issue or is that something else?

The full framework failures look related to the VS stable version issue in 17. Looks like it's in the arcade flow: https://github.com/dotnet/sdk/pull/52099/files#diff-72b8f8e899b94872c6ead31fd06ec109da15bcb9ad2af6e78103d6763a31c637 That flow is blocked needing the osx changes here. I'm going to mark this green and merge and then resync that PR.

/ba-g required changes are blocked in the arcade flow and unrelated to the branding and osx13 changes here.
