This is a bug-fix release for the installer with the following changes:
- Fix install script for arm64 architecture
- Fix bug when inputting configuration when install could fail if the configuration directory didn't already exist (
~/.dragonchainor%LOCALAPPDATA%\dragonchain) - Add warning when running on arm64 that not everything currently works yet
