Xadreco unified version (FICS/LICHESS) - master

This new version uses the Xboard command "ics" to infer if xadreco is connected to FICS (string "freechess.org") or if not, assumes it is "lichess.org".

If no ics command appears at all, then it understands it is standalone.

Now there is no need to compile with two configurations.

$ make

is enough, for x_86 and arm.

For windows:

$ make xadreco.exe

Xadreco - new version (for Lichess and FICS)

This is currently the main trunk and the version number you should folow (versions v5.xx and soon v6.xx) to get the best Xadreco.

Version 10.0 is stagnant and will not be improved or have bug fixes.
