Initial release for TFC TNG (1.12)

This release will only produce accurate maps after TerraFirmaCraft/TerraFirmaCraft#1278 is merged, since TFC TNG's worldgen is non-deterministic due to a bug in the current versions.

(ninja-patched to build 10 to resolve some annoying CLI behaviour)
