Hi Elaine and Vukosi,
Hope you are well.
I have worked on updating the line-list-africa.csv file by including the latest COVID-19 data for South Africa, as at today, 21 March 2020. I have used the South African Health Minister, Dr Zweli Mkhize's Twitter data that was posted today, to source this data.
Please kindly note the following:
The data for Case ID's in the range : 181 to 228 - was missing from the data posted today. So therefore, I do not have this data presently and those rows are blank on the .CSV file. However, I have since requested this data from Dr Zweli Mkhize.
I assume that the 'date' column in the .CSV file is for the date that a patient had been confirmed as being diagnosed with COVID-19? To this end, I currently don't have this information. However, I will try to search for this information and update, accordingly.
Let me know, should there be any queries.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Zakia Salod
