Add following through wormholes support

I'm always frustrated when the following is interrupted whenever a leader uses a wormhole.

Describe the solution you'd like

Jump through the wormhole whenever you see a "jumping" animation or something like that, and have additional checks to make sure that you are on the same side as the leader. Continue following.
