How to Add Gap Chapter number and title.

Notes:

1. All stories had only a single page for Table of Content. So no need to walk multiple pages.
2. Also fixed adding space in titles.
3. Tested with https://www.akknovel.com/series/a-girl-who-wants-to-be-a-beneficial-person-to-society, chapter 1
