Right now we're hiding the link selection feature, as it only shows when the user hovers over the circle favicon area.

I've changed it so that the hover state shows when the user hovers on the entire card to give more visibility to the feature.

Walkthrough

The LinkIcon component in link-title-column.tsx was updated to consume CardList.Card.Context in order to reactively adjust its styling based on the hovered state. The visual appearance of the checkbox container now changes when hovered, and the LinkLogo inside the button was given additional props for styling and image loading.

Changes

File(s) Change Summary
apps/web/ui/links/link-title-column.tsx Refactored LinkIcon to consume context for hovered state, enabling dynamic styling on hover.

Poem

A button once plain, now aware of a hover,
With context it listens, new styles to uncover.
The checkbox now glows when your mouse draws near,
And logos load lazy, their purpose made clear.
A hop and a skip, this UI feels new—
A rabbit’s delight in what context can do! 🐇✨

Learning: In the PartnerProgramSummary email template (packages/email/src/templates/partner-program-summary.tsx), the stat titles are hardcoded constants ("Clicks", "Leads", "Sales", "Earnings") that will always match the ICONS object keys after toLowerCase() conversion, so icon lookup failures are not possible.

265-330: Excellent implementation of the hover state enhancement!

The changes successfully address the PR objective by:

  1. Context Integration: Properly consuming CardList.Card.Context to access the hovered state from the parent card component, enabling the checkbox to respond to hover events on the entire card area.

  2. Enhanced UX: The conditional styling hovered && "sm:opacity-100 sm:ring" on line 314 ensures the checkbox becomes visible when hovering over the entire card, significantly improving feature discoverability.

  3. Performance Optimization: Adding loading: "lazy" to the LinkLogo component (lines 299-301) is a thoughtful performance enhancement that will improve initial page load times.

  4. Maintains Existing Behavior: The implementation preserves all existing hover, focus, and selection states while extending the hover area as intended.

The code follows React best practices with proper context consumption and maintains clean separation of concerns.
