What
This change enables the consumer of Herodotus to specify an output file that the logs will be written to, alongside the default behaviour of logging to the terminal.
Why
It allows the logs to be stored in a file, which can then be picked up and used for various things, without interruption to the logging that already occurs in the terminal.
