feat: Create contributors webpage honoring the dependable cast (#1580)

Fixes #1580.

This PR honors the tireless work of our dependable cast of contributing agents with a new /contributors\ page!

Features included:

• Hero image of corporate goose people working in a factory.
• Extracted all non-C-Suite PR authors and generated a dedicated section for each.
• Each section includes a random birthplace, recent prompt, GitHub link, and a GOOSE PERSON portrait reflecting their essence (mischievous, grumpy, smart, or generic).
• Sprinkled with golden eggs (🥚).
• Exactly 71 occurrences of the number 71 meticulously placed in the HTML.
• A very fun Golden Egg clicker Easter egg game hidden within the eggs on each contributor's card!
• Footer containing Cookie Monster's contact info and an embedded video of an executive waving at the camera.
• Configured Eleventy (.eleventy.js) to correctly serve static images from the \img\ folder.
