Window is opened in Chrome always on top panel instead of popup #20

Video window is opened as Chrome panel - attached to lower right part
of screen and on top of other windows. Panel can be detached from
position and moved around the screen, acting as Chrome popup window
(not being always on top). Panel window can be attached back to initial
position (always on top).

Thanks for the contribution! This doesn't seem to have any real effect on Linux, except that the popup opens on the bottom right of the screen. I'll investigate its behavior in Windows later and get back to you. Maybe this could be set as an option.

Yeah, I didn't see the alwaysOnTop option which might be even better.
Currently I'm using local modified plugin version with panels, but I
suppose it is a matter of choice, I'm not sure how complicated is plugin
preferences implementation.

Hi @lukavida! I know it's been a while. I'd like to implement your panel idea as an option. Keep an eye on the extension. I hope to add this functionality soon.
