Move file hashes logic from .build to .copy method

• Since we're no longer setting the build context directory in .build it makes sense to move the hashes calculation back to where it belongs.
• Unblocks Render failed layer stack traces on build error #901, because otherwise we cannot tell which operation in the chain caused the file error
