Add Gateron KS-2P02B01-01 hotswap sockets, adapt existing hotswap footprint and 3d model naming schemes to adapt - warning: potentially breaking change for existing PCBs. Footprints need to be reassigned and updated to bring 3D models back. Sadly this was a necessary change to keep the library clean and scalable.
add Gateron KS-33 footprints as requested in #28
