Description

Wraps any Rust std::io::Write sink (socket, compressor, …) as an eckit::DataHandle, mirroring the existing from_reader adapter: C++ forwards each write() chunk to the sink via callbacks, errors and panics surface as WriteError. Write-only, non-seekable.
