• Added exactly-once execution for keeper queues with lease fencing and sequence coordination.
• Added retry budgets, poison quarantine, and queue health degradation modes.
• Added Redis failover tests, stale lock fencing validation, and operational limits docs.
• Added server-side valuation provenance and stale-price quarantine tests.
• Updated LiquidationWorker and CompoundWorker tests for new fencing and error paths.

Verification:

• Queues tests: 15/15 passing
• Redis tests: 12/12 passing
• CompoundWorker tests: 10/10 passing
• LiquidationWorker tests: 6/6 passing
• Server tests via vitest: treasurySimulation passing; pnlCalculator has failing assertions
