Fix max connections reached

What does this PR do?

  • Overrides the default pool configuration to sequelize
  • Calculate the partial ATHs using the endpoint instead of querying the DB
  • Add await to syncBlockWorker
  • Count the types of entities only on lacchain network

Steps to test

  1. Run the project locally with EVM configuration
  2. Monitor the connections
