can't have 1024+ char descriptions, and the type checker didn't catch that I was passing the wrong type in main.py

Adds logic to make the save routine upload the generated image to a discord webhook, along with the summary text used to generate it (as alt text). Magically enabled if the
DISCORD_WEBHOOKenvironment variable is set, otherwise does nothing.
