…vs the background-image declaration. Fixed issue #41.
… new maxImageSizeWarning is true. Added sinon as dev dependency and added test covering maxImageSizeWarning.

Added various tests and CSS files to cover the background declaration vs the background-image declaration, as well as fixing issue #41.
