  • Hive v0.5.2-es — Thin Adapter Internal Canary

    Internal release gate rebuilt on exact block/buzz v0.5.2. Preserve native Buzz behavior; retain only Hive branding/updater, Electric OAuth/company/relay admission, durable managed identity recovery, and the smallest proven company-agent authorization/presentation seams. Company VM agents use upstream buzz-acp -> hermes-acp. No broad Hermes runtime fork, collaboration broker, second profile/avatar catalog, blind rebase, customer rollout, or current-main relay rewrite. Requires focused tests, exact-head CI, one semantic review, one cumulative signed Andrew/Benjamin/ATRIS/TARS/Samantha/HAL/channel/DM/huddle/OAuth/memory canary, then an explicit release decision.

  • Hive — Upstream Contributions (post-canary)

    Generic upstream-ready work, separate from Hive release gates. Open: #3 ACP session mapping persistence; #6 cluster-wide member disconnect; #7 secondary-client remote-agent discovery/mentions while block/buzz#2333 remains open; #42 intentional ACP SIGTERM classification. #2 is completed upstream by Buzz BYOH and Hermes installer support. External block/buzz submission requires separate authority, a fresh upstream base, current contract verification, and its own CI/review. Do not carry these as Electric-only adapters.

  • Hive 1.0 — General Rollout

Deferred, NOT dropped — gate issue #13 stays open; revisited only at the September go/no-go readiness read. Program: ~/Claude/evaOS/PROGRAM.md + charters/E-hive.md. General rollout gate for the thin Hive adapter, signed updates, supported platforms, tenant operations, recovery, documentation, and staged adoption. This milestone does not authorize non-native product capabilities or public rollout by itself.

  • Hive — Guarded Business Beta

    **DEFERRED — August 2026 (Lane E, evaOS Teams program, 2026-08-03).** Frozen for the August program: ElectricSheep runs a ZERO-CUSTOMER-EXPOSURE internal dogfood month on the v0.5.2-es Internal Canary instead. Deferred, NOT dropped — its gates (#11 #12 #40 #62 #79) stay open and unedited, and it is re-scoped at the September readiness read. No work here is authorized in August unless Lane E's charter names it. Program: ~/Claude/evaOS/PROGRAM.md + charters/E-hive.md. Post-v0.5.2 guarded beta for the thin Electric adapter. Gates: #11 recurring upstream-delta/patch-ceiling report; #12 one isolated relay instance per company; #40 admin policy handoff to upstream buzz-acp with VM acknowledgement; #62 upstream-native remote-agent/team references without a Hive data model; #79 local-versus-company Hermes copy clarity. Native collaboration remains unchanged. No Hive-side Hermes provisioning, duplicate identity/profile/avatar/team authority, broad managed guards, shared multi-company relay, OpenClaw work, or customer rollout is authorized by milestone state.
