Core features. One commit will be automatically generated one hour after the last code was written. The content is an automatic submission.
There will be logs for each submission.

git-auto-commit.commitTimeInterval: Automatic commit interval, default is one hour after the last time code was written.git-auto-commit.autoPush: Whether to automatically push to the remote of the current branch.
