First official release with several fixes and improvements to the version used in the first arXiv submission.

• Correct handling of both tidally-locked and non-tidally-locked orbits
• Gradient calculations for use with Hamiltonian Monte Carlo methods
• Some code reorganization and simplification of mathematical expressions
