Application maintenance pages

The documentation reads as follows...

Enable your maintenance page:
ey web enable
Disable your maintenance page:
ey web disable

In my experience 'enable' or 'disable' refers to the app, which would be the inverse of [en/dis]abling the maintenance page. For example, ey web enable removes the maintenance page and restores the app.

It would also be nice to say what is actually happening when these commands are executed. I suspect that all instances are still in place, and that the meter continues to run?
