docs: minor improvements

Is the repo for pages like https://docs.gittensor.io/miner.html available to improve? I've ran into a few things when setting up a miner and validator.

Hi, the assumption is when you set a port it should be exposed to the internet, but thanks for adding those small clarifications.

Also good question. the docs UI is not publicly available for contributions, plus it would be very negligible score since the framework we use allows us to define a markdown file per page, which is valued very little score-wise
