- Fix run_pipeline to properly use flowchart_path instead of ignoring it - Added input validation and None handling

Thanks, could you explain a bit more what the PR achieves (problem + solution)? Also, it seems to me as if this should be rather two PRs (one for the flowchart, one for ?). |
