Compile DatabaseExplorer with mysql (mariaDb) enabled by default.

DRAFT:
It compiles but code has issue:

  • I forget to install mingw dll (libmariadb.dll), but code expects libmySQL.dll

and I cannot test for Ubuntu/MacOS
