I created the diagram below and thought it would be useful to add to the course notes! I added it to the very end of the Representation/Bayesian Networks section. According to Chaitanya on Ed, the diagram is accurate.
I'm also including the TeX file used to create the diagram, in case modifications are needed/desired.
