UI, Yay!

• Added a simple UI
• Hard and soft clip modes
• Note: the "reduce" parameter is hidden from the UI because it is not a traditional thing one would expect from a clipper. it can still be accessed via the DAWs parameter list.

CLAP and VST3 for Linux and Windows.
