Handson introduction module

This module could contain the content of the following issues:

• Have an introduction presentation for the hands-on part #19
• Add discussion exercise about "Why do you care about Green Computing?" #20
• Add exercise "How can you make your workplace greener?" #21

@JaroCamphuijsen Do you know if this introduction module is almost in a state we can merge it? It doesn't matter if we drop some of the requirements and just have a very basic intro.

I have some stuff I can add to the intro slides too, if needed.
