fix(mosaico_nand_storage): flag GC ECC pages for format - #38

A false program timeout in older spi_nand_flash can leave a double programmed page with uncorrectable ECC. Dhara GC stops at that page, so every later write, trim or sync fails with DHARA_E_ECC (0x6002) while the volume still mounts and reports no recoverable state. Latch DHARA_E_ECC from mutation paths and report it through mosaico_nand_storage_error() as RECOVERABLE_FORMAT until the next format or remount, so the app can prompt a format. Read errors stay RETRYABLE_IO. Bump the component to 0.2.1.
