Cette PR met (pas complètement à cause de parroty/exvcr#153) à jour certaines librairies, en visant en premier
ex_aws, pour supprimer les warnings rencontrés avec Elixir 1.11+ (voir #1691 et #1683).J'ai noté une erreur intermittente dans https://circleci.com/gh/etalab/transport-site/27320 que j'avais vu dans le passé, mais elle a disparu à nouveau...
