Implement the SSZ serialization methods from github.com/karalabe/ssz
The methods are auto-generated. It only supports
VerkleProofand sub-structures at this time, becauseSuffixStateDiffcan not be serialized since a single byte can not be serialized with this library. I'll have to either implement it myself, or just move over to one of the other encoding methods.
