I understand why tests fail.
If we want here to use Github actions, we need dcbakers fork in our tests.
So, waiting for a stable meson with cython-cpp, I suppose.

Nah, we don't need this in CI just yet, can wait until it lands in meson's master. Meanwhile, I'll try to poke around with pxd and pxi dependencies.

And will try it on one other project, just need to carve some time :-). Expect more dumb questions from me :-).
