Changes from v1:

• Cleaned up the process of building from source
• Added nmbd, so samba shares are now discoverable in 'network neighborhood'
• Added iptables binaries, and start script to load etc/firewall on boot (default fw blocks usbnet ip ranges from wifi)

The installer/uninstaller behavior makes a bit more sense:

• Jailbreak.app deletes itself from app listing on success
• Services.app deletes itself from app listing after install
• Uninstall.app never deletes itself
