- AsyncConfig에 ContextPropagatingTaskDecorator 적용
- @async 스레드에서 Micrometer Observation Context 전파
- Transfer API → Kafka → FDS 간 동일 traceId 유지
- TracingTransformer로 Kafka Streams 헤더에서 traceId 추출
