Drop the footer plan CTAs for chips beside the titles, left-align the columns with Plans, and give Get started a pill radius.
Regenerate compiled locale modules for the account plan stack layer.

Mostly guest Account UI copy and layout; billing actions still go through existing tier helpers with no auth flow changes in scope.
Overview
Signed-out Account settings now lead with a Plans block framed as What you're missing without Pro, instead of copy like Compare Free and Pro before you sign in or a separate Sign in for Pro CTA.
Plan columns are left-aligned under that heading. Current / Trial and upgrade actions move to pill chips next to each tier title, replacing footer plan buttons. For guests on Free, the Free column shows a short on-device blurb while Pro keeps the full feature list. Get started uses pill (
rounded-pill) styling.Lingui
