Replace generic "Apple Neural Engine" descriptions with detailed descriptions for each STT model variant. Add specific information about accuracy, performance, storage requirements, and language support to help users choose appropriate models. Refactor model display components to use reusable LocalModelSection component and update query usage to use centralized query helpers.
